Email is the easiest way to contact me. My email addresses are spelled out to prevent spam bots from picking them up. Just replace "at" with @ and "dot" with a period when you type it into your email client's send field. Please send mail to:

Both addresses go to the same client on my computer, and I check both with a fair amount of regularity. As for other forms of contact, I do use AOL Instant Messenger and a Jabber client when I am online. While I do not post my screen names publicly, you can email me for them if you are interested in chatting with me.
